The Kiwanis Club of Anacortes Foundation has awarded hundreds of scholarships and over $1,000,000 to high school seniors, trade or vocational school students and returning college students since 1978.  The scholarships are based on several factors including community involvement, financial need, and a strong potential to succeed academically in college.  Awarding these scholarships to deserving students is just one of the many programs Noon Kiwanis has established for the youth in our community.  The Kiwanis Thrift Shop which is supported by many volunteers and the donations from the Anacortes community, is the major contributor to these scholarships.

The Kiwanis Club of Anacortes Foundation partners with the Anacortes Schools Foundation (ASF) for our scholarships.  Our scholarship applications will be available only through ASF and will be processed through ASF (anacortesschoolsfoundation.org) or a link will be provided on the Kiwanis website (anacorteskiwanis.org).  The opening and closing dates for scholarship applications are usually during the month of April.  Please check our website for these in late February or early March-the exact dates will be posted at that time.
